Description:

Patients have the ability to report symptoms in real-time, update their care team on their overall well-being, and respond to inquiries regarding their health between clinic visits. In addition, patients have the convenience of accessing their lab results, medical records, and clinic appointments. All self-care instructions and other communication from the care team are securely stored in the patient inbox.

Noona enables care teams to effectively monitor and manage patients on an ongoing basis. If a patient reports a symptom that requires immediate attention, Noona promptly alerts both the care team and the patient.

Please be aware that Noona is not a substitute for emergency medical services.

With Noona, patients have the ability to:
<ul>
 <li>Report symptoms to their care team at any time</li>
 <li>Include images to provide additional information about symptoms</li>
 <li>Respond to questionnaires that allow their provider to check on their well-being at home</li>
 <li>Maintain a personal diary to track their overall well-being with pictures and notes</li>
 <li>Access lab results, medical records, and upcoming appointments</li>
 <li>Directly message their care team to request medication refills or inquire about billing</li>
 <li>Access self-care instructions and other communication sent by the care team</li>
</ul>

In order to use the Noona app, you must first activate your Noona account using the link provided in an email and text message sent by your clinic. If you did not receive an email or text message, simply reach out to your clinic and notify them of your interest in using Noona.

Noona is developed and offered by Varian Medical Systems, Inc. Please note that Varian does not own or have access to personal health information (PHI). All PHI is securely stored in a cloud-based server that can only be accessed by patients and clinicians. No PHI is stored locally on any personal device.

Noona can be conveniently accessed from any smartphone, desktop, or mobile device with an internet connection.
